Welcome to Bali Travel SIM. By accessing or using our website (www.balitravelsimcard.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing or using our eSIM services.

Eligibility & User Responsibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your device is eSIM-compatible before making a purchase.
• You agree to use our services lawfully and in compliance with local regulations.

eSIM Purchase & Activation

• Purchasing an eSIM: All eSIM purchases are made directly through our website.
• Activation: After purchase, you will receive an eSIM activation QR code via email.
• Validity & Expiry: Each eSIM has a specific validity period, which begins upon activation.
• Network Coverage: Our eSIMs operate on Telkomsel’s network, but coverage may vary based on location.

Note: We are not responsible for network issues or disruptions caused by third-party providers.

Payments & Refund Policy

• Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment gateways.
• No Refunds After Activation: Once an eSIM is activated, it cannot be refunded.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be granted only if:

• The eSIM is not activated.
• The issue is due to an error on our part.

To request a refund, contact balitravelsimcard@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase.

Usage Restrictions

• Personal Use Only: eSIMs purchased from Bali Travel SIM are for personal use and cannot be resold.
• Prohibited Activities: You may not use our services for illegal activities, spamming, fraud, or unauthorized commercial use.
• Network Fair Use Policy: Our service providers may enforce a fair usage policy (FUP) to prevent excessive data consumption.

IMEI Registration & Local Regulations

Some countries, including Indonesia, may require IMEI registration to use local networks. Customers are responsible for checking local regulations and ensuring their device meets the necessary requirements.

Failure to register IMEI may result in network restrictions, for which we are not liable.

Limitation of Liability

Bali Travel SIM shall not be held responsible for:

• Device incompatibility issues.
• Interruptions in network coverage caused by third-party providers.
• Loss of data, business, or financial transactions resulting from service interruptions.

Modifications & Termination

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Users will be notified of significant changes via email or website updates.
• We may suspend or terminate service access if a user violates these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Indonesian courts.
